What we actually evaluate

A process audit answers three questions every leader should be able to ask without fear: do your processes really work the way you think they do? where are the risks you cannot see? and how ready is your organisation for the moment it gets tested — by an external audit, a crisis, or growth?

The CREVAL methodology — used internationally to evaluate the readiness of mission-critical structures — scores processes against verifiable criteria, not impressions. The result is not an opinion but a map: what works, what doesn’t, and the real risk behind every crack.

How an evaluation runs

1. Mapping — we understand your key processes as they are, not as the manuals describe them.

2. Scoring — each process receives an efficiency and a maturity score against the CREVAL grid, with evidence behind every rating.

3. The report — clear conclusions, risks ranked by impact, and concrete recommendations — not a stack of generalities.

4. Implementation and re-evaluation — if you wish, we stay to implement the recommendations with your team, then re-evaluate: the difference between the two scores is the result, in black and white.

When a process audit makes sense

Before an external audit or inspection — especially on EU-funded projects, where a late finding means financial corrections. When taking over an organisation or department. When the same problems keep returning no matter how many people you change — the sure sign the problem is the process, not the people. And before scaling: processes that hum at 20 people break at 100.

Where the experience comes from

Vali Arhip, our consortium lead, is a CREVAL-certified process evaluator with a 25-year senior career in an international security organisation — where he served, in turn, as quality assurance manager, investigations expert and lessons-learned manager. Is this a financial audit? No. The financial audit checks the numbers; we check the processes that produce the numbers. Ours tells you why the problems appear.

How long does it take? From two weeks for a single process or department to a few months for a whole organisation.
