Răzvan Hodișan, founder of UHD Labs, brings nearly two decades of experience in business development and leadership, operations and transformation in international contexts — executive and transition-management roles with responsibility for strategy, operations, negotiation and business development. He has handled projects, negotiations and highly complex business situations in environments where strategy, people, processes and execution must be treated together. When transformation touches projects and processes, the same team brings in PRINCE2 management and CREVAL process evaluation.
