1. Who processes your data

The controller of data collected through this site is TASHA ADVERTISING SRL, registered office: Piața 22 Decembrie no. 9, bl. R10, sc. 2. What we collect and why

Through the site’s forms we collect only what you send us: your name, email address and the content of your message (or only your email address, when requesting the checklist). We use this to reply, to send you the requested checklist and to prepare the diagnostic conversation — steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing and we never sell it.

3. Cookies

The site currently uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and your consent requested first.

4. Who else has access

Forms are technically processed by the external FormSubmit service, which forwards submissions to our email address; hosting is provided by our hosting provider (Hostico, Romania). These providers process data strictly to deliver their service. Where transfers outside the EEA occur, they take place under the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

5. Retention

Correspondence is kept as long as needed for the purpose you contacted us for and for legal obligations; we delete it on request unless a legal ground requires retention.

6. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (dataprotection.ro). An email to the address above is enough to exercise any of them.

7. Security

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to received data is limited to the team members who need it to reply to you.
