What actually happens inside EU-funded projects

Funding is hard to win — and easy to lose. Projects rarely fail spectacularly; they erode through small, cumulative slippages: late reporting that triggers financial corrections, mandatory publicity that ignores the programme’s visual identity manual, missed milestones with no early-warning mechanism, documentation that cannot survive an audit.

That is exactly where we work. We do not write funding applications — we step in once the project is won and needs to be delivered. And we are not advice-only consultants: we implement, alongside your team, all the way to handover.

What we do

PRINCE2 project management — full lifecycle management: stage plans, risk registers, control points, reports that reach the funder on time.

Information & publicity — the mandatory visibility campaigns, delivered to programme standard and fully documented for your reporting file.

Pre-audit evaluation (CREVAL) — we run your project through a process evaluation before the funder does: we find the cracks so the audit doesn’t.

Projects we have delivered

Marketing strategy and implementation for the 367 digitalised eco-islands of Oradea (Romania’s Recovery & Resilience Plan); the information campaign for Apuseni Nature Park across three counties — public events in all 17 administrative units and photo exhibitions in 30 schools; information and publicity services for a new hospital infrastructure under the Health Programme (ongoing). Questions we hear often

When should you call us? Ideally right after the financing contract is signed. Realistically — whenever the project slips or an audit approaches. And at the critical moments: after an irregularity report, when a reimbursement claim is rejected, or when the project enters its durability period with mandatory annual reports. Earlier is always cheaper.

You worked on PNRR — can you help us close? Yes. Romania’s Recovery Plan closed on 31 August 2026, but verifications and corrections continue for years. We prepare the closure file, validate reported expenditure and build the durability-period reports.

Do you work with public institutions? Yes — a substantial part of our portfolio is public institutions and infrastructure projects.
