PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is the project management methodology used as a standard by governments, international institutions and major corporations worldwide. Its essence fits in one sentence: no project runs on inertia — every stage has a clear owner, a continuously verified business justification and a control point where the project earns the right to continue. Deviations surface early — not at the end, when correction costs the most.

What we do

We run your project — a certified PRINCE2 project manager leads it end to end: stage plans, risk and issue registers, reporting to management and funders, regular control points.

We structure your project management — your team stays at the wheel; we build the system: roles, decision flows, reporting templates, escalation mechanisms. We leave when the machine runs itself.

We recover troubled projects — rapid assessment, recovery plan and, where needed, direct intervention in execution.

We train project teams — applied training delivered by people who have run real projects, not just courses.

Where the experience comes from

Our consortium lead, Vali Arhip, is a certified PRINCE2 project manager with a 25-year senior career in a world-class international security organisation — where he provided, among other things, the general management of an international exercise with over 350 participants from multiple countries, for three consecutive editions. The execution discipline of that world is exactly what we bring to civilian projects — including EU-funded ones.
